Shooter must have been walking parallel on other side of the street for at least that last block, comes in center at the crosswalk and handles business victim is at 9 o'clock and didnt see it coming  |

This was not seen in our urbanization, all the problems have arisen 4 years ago with the arrival of the Mall del Sur, garbage, street vendors, hit men, motorcycle taxis and what is worse, organized prostitution ", commented a mother. |
