Now these are the guys that make it "not such a good idea" to let civilians have ccw permits. 1) The fuckin guy is running away and your life is NOT in danger nor is anyone elses & 2) You're on a fuckin crowded street! I hope he was a good shot. Granted his life was not in danger and the punk was running away but he deserved to be shot for stealing. Anyone who has owned a small business knows what it is to barely make ends meet. To have piece of shit punks come in and steal because they are too lazy to get a job deserve to shot.

I agree, but this is where innocent people get hurt. A kid(or any innocent bystander) could have been killed with the owners ricocheting bullets if they werent hitting the intended target.

You can't shoot someone for stealing. That's absurd. If a store owner shot and killed your teenage son for stealing a jacket, I guarantee you'd be ready to throw that fellow in jail for life.
