In St. Petersburg, the authorities are looking for a young man who, last night in Tuchkov Lane, threw a cigarette butt under a buried plastic garbage can, from which he caught fire and took a neighboring one with him into the fire.

One such container costs from 85 thousand rubles, plus 9000 rubles costs a bag, which is installed inside the container.

The city budget incurred all these losses because of one smoker.
