Posted because I laughed throughout the vid at the conversations. Arrested woman engaged in non-stop rambling half-crazy but quite civil conversations with the cops. The police enjoyed it and even fitted her with triple handcuffs for her comfort.  |

I think they arrested her for breaking the laws of physics... putting 400lbs of fat into Spandex made for 150lbs. Nice tramp-stamp tho.
