Rookie Cops First Police Chase - Suspect Runs Back into Vehicle
On August 28, 2020. Tropper's Scott McLaughlin and Blaine Middlecoff pulled over Randy Blackburn for alleged expired tags. As McLaughlin approached the vehicle he smelt marijuana, upon searching the vehicle 168 grams of marijuana, $7,128 cash, and multiple firearms were located. The female named "Maddie" was never located.
