Road Rage: Man's Clothes on Fire After He Was Shot with a Flare Gun
Police detained a man who injured a driver on a highway near Moscow, and disappeared. Video shows a motorist running towards a car. A window opens and a flash is visible. The man was shot with a flare gun. After that, the clothes of the man caught fire. The victim was hospitalized. A criminal case has been opened. The 32-year-old suspect was caught later on and is now on bail. |

So the guy rushing up to the window of another car is the victim here? If the guy in the car had not protected himself, he would have probably been the one seriously injured. Can’t win for losing.
