Re: Recording a Cop Goes Wrong
Once the cop gives you an order, non-compliance is your first mistake. This isn't a surveillance camera, this is someone who can kill you with the simple defense of "The individual did not comply and I felt my life was in danger." Everything after that is what they will call "resisting arrest". I didn't invent it, I don't condone it, but it's that way no matter your color. If you're ordered to sit-down-turn-around-and-pick-a-bail-of-cotton, record it while you do it, but do it. Doing otherwise will result in a sub-optimal day. |

Re: Recording a Cop Goes Wrong
You can film anything in public including police officers, if the cop didn't like it too bad.. Yeah let me jump out an draw my gun because someone is recording me. He should have drove off after recording the man himself from his cruiser, instead of being a dick and drawing his gun for no reason.
