Romania, Video shows the moment a man slapped a young woman in the staircase of an apartment building.

The main suspect, a recidivist convicted of robbery and attempted rape and was recently released from prison can be seen standing behind the woman and slapping her down before robbing her.

On Saturday night to Sunday, the police were notified by a hospital representative that a young woman suffered memory loss and who may have been the victim of a crime was treated at the emergency room of the local Hospital.

Police reviewed the security cam footage and arrrested the prick later on.

The police recidivist argued that he was innocent.

The suspect is called N. D. He was arrested and detained before but in 2017 he would have applied for conditional release, and in 2018 he was released.

The young woman, 20, got her cell phone and wallet stolen.

The suspect says he is innocent. "I do not know anything about what is going on," he told press inquiries when he was taken by police to the arrest.

The woman told the police that she did not remember anything and that she did not find her cell phone and wallet. Police have opened a criminal file.

On 17th November 2018 in Alba Iulia (Romania), a 20 year old woman was attacked by N.T.D. outside a lift. He knocked her to the floor with a punch to her face + stole her wallet + mobile phone.

'N' was arrested 2 days later. 2 months prior to the attack he had been released from prison early. He had been serving a 7 year sentence for robbery + rape. He was originally supposed to be released on 25th May 2019.
