Everyone seemed a bit weirded out when the stick went in the anus. So technically, the stick in the anus may've saved the rapist from a more severe beating.

yep - as if they hit some collective moral boundary at that point in the beating and thought 'meh, anally raping him sets a poor tone for the dog intimidation about to start' lol glad these folks have standards!
