Purse Snatcher VS Elderly Woman
Brazil, The thug approached the victim and tried to steal her purse. As she did not let go, she fell during the struggle and even was dragged a bit down the street. The crime was recorded on CCTV but police has no clue who the woman or the thief is.

What a fucking lowlife. Those bystanders are assholes too because they saw the whole thing happen, but didn't do shit until he was gone! If I heard the thief got caught by isis somehow, I probably wouldn't feel too bad if I ever saw his execution video. |
