Should be terminated. A LEO in AZ was just fired for talking to people in this manner and not even on the stop he was accused of. His CLEO pulled all his previous stops videos and notice he was constantly talking to people like this.

With cell phone cameras so prevalent nowadays, you'd think they'd learn to be a little more cautious and professional. She also should have had her hair tied back. I thought departments had regulations about that.
