this is police brutallity if i ever saw it. Dudes on the damn ground, handcuffed, and held down. How the fuck can he resist? Anybody can see he never moved. This is bullshit. Huntsville city council is a bunch of fucking fools. I hope this opens them up to a lawsuit. Sure he shouldnt have kicked out the window but thats not kicking the cop.

I usually side with the officers but this guy was WAY overboard. The suspect was complying with the officers demands and was calm. The officer came in the door like Clay Matthews on a blitz.
