Am I the only one here that thinks she was totally asking for it? Yes I know, they're cops, but they are also men, and if I was some slutbag dressed like that, climbing up on stuff, writhing around and seducing any guy that would pay attention, I would totally expect this to happen. She was loving it anyway, look at that!
If this happened off duty or like in a bar, nothing would have even been said.

They are professionals at work, and she was drunk.

They are working and should have made sure she was safe, and not felt her up or photographed her. They're at work!
