An Aussie from "down under" where 'up is down' and 'down is up' relative to those North of the equator. He was obviously still spatially disoriented. He was actually attempting to climb from the bottom of the building to the roof.  |

Hostage situation. Cop slides down the wall and puts a couple of bullets into the tool's head. Then the other cops grab the hostage. It was nicely executed, imo.
