Accused of commanding a group responsible of 5 attempts of robbery to temples of "Igreja Universal do Reino de Deus" churchs, Anderson Leonardo Santos Aguiar 32 years old was arrested this week.

The criminal was recorded by CCTV cameras fighting an Off Duty Police Officer that reacted the attempt of robbery in the beginning of the year.

The action took 48 seconds. The officer, a member of the church, draws his weapon and a struggle ensues during which the officer fires and misses and is promptly disarmed. After kicking the subdued officers face, the thug pulled the trigger twice but the gun was jammed (probably during the struggle).

He was arrested when was spotted in a car in outskirts of Rio by other police officers. They are saying it was a miracle because the gun jammed right in the time that the officer would be killed, and all happened inside a church. Great footage and lack of self defense tactics from the officers part. Good material for study by law enforcement and tactics professionals.

How do you miss at that range....also what country in the world does stealing from a church warrant getting shot at point blank by an off duty police officer....and why does that officer suck so bad? all of these questions I will never get an answer to.
