The Police Are Not Required to Protect and Serve
This is crazy. I got a video suggestion from YouTube titled “Why The Cops Won’t Help You If You’re Getting Stabbed” (1st video). As you will see though, the video is a cartoon, and it was put out by Cracked, which I though was mostly satire. So after watching the video, I did a Google search for the person narrating the cartoon Joe Lozito, and turns out he is an actual victim of a stabbing incident on a NY subway train. From there I found 2 more videos about this incident (there are more, but I stopped looking after getting 3 videos). This story will make you angry at the police. First of all, you have a madman that had just killed 4 people the night before this encounter. Second, you have 2 uniformed officers standing on the other side of a subway car door (just feet away from the attack) because they were waiting to apprehend this killer when this new incident breaks out. Third, The cops did NOTHING until an average citizen tackles and disarms the killer after getting stabbed all over his face, skull, chest, and arms, THEN the police step in and cuff the perpetrator. And fourth, the cops take all the credit to the news media, only mentioning the victim in this stabbing as a (no name) victim. I’m including all 3 videos because they each tell additional parts of the overall story. The last video though touches on the story, but then Kind o goes off into a story promoting mixed martial arts. Anyway, this story happened in 2013. Some may have heard about it already, but it was new to me, and I was kind of in shock by the NYPD’s part in all this. What are your thoughts? |

THEY HAVE ALREADY HELD IN COURT THAT THE POLICE ARE NOT THERE TO PROTECT YOU!!!!! Their only actual job is to keep the public order! Whether you die or not is NOT their problem! What do you think motivated all the concealed carry people?!?!? When you need help in seconds, the cops are only minutes away. |
