So what now? Cops are bad?

No. There is always ONE INSTANCE where officers are rank. We don't hear about every time they, yo, "save the day"

Another "my rights" nutcase. Being a law-abiding citizen myself, I've never been able to understand why it would be such a problem to allow the police to come in and look around - unless, of course, unless I have something to hide...
So when the day comes to your house, and the cops are in the "right" to enter YOUR house under bogus pretenses, you will be fine letting them search thru your personal things? Maybe they will shot your dog? Or your wife?

So when a situation where someones health is at risk they are supposed to just walk away cause someone doesn't like them being there? Would hate to be a victim that died or was hurt cause the cops didn't want to ensure my safety. They didn't ask anything unreasonable....so lay off the cops backs...they gave tons of warning...and holy shit the fucking cop was being sweet to the lady and asked her to get down quietly and calmly...all they had to do was open the door and talk to the cops...people are fucking stupid -.-

2 children, 1 outside, 1 inside, the child inside was probable cause. i heard the camera man say there is no domestic violence, which makes me think someone called 911 because of some sort of domestic issue, which makes the officers think that maybe one of the children may be harmed. just my opinion.

Re: Police Kick in Door and Taser Occupants After Noise Complaint

Police are obliged by law to determine if anyone is hurt in domestic violence situations. This constitute probable cause and would be a quick, plain sight entry and conversation with the occupants. Nothing more.

Re: Police Kick in Door and Taser Occupants After Noise Complaint

They were charged with obstruction... for not letting them into their house...

Wow... So they didn't even break any laws outside of a noise infraction.
Your house is not your car, police cannot order you out of it unless its an emergency or someones in danger. They clearly could talk to the owners through the window.

"No officer we dont live in a police state..."
Haha, yes we do buddy. Unless you have something to hide?

To everyone who says "unless you have something to hide" please, PM me your personal address as well as your name and a time you'll be home. I'll come to your house and inspect it, and talk with you.

Any takers?
...unless you guys have something to hide?...

Re: Police Kick in Door and Taser Occupants After Noise Complaint

Domestic violence because of a noise complaint.. I don't know the history of the couple but I do know the history of cops making up stories and lies just to stomp around with their chest out.
