maybe the cop was on his/her way to an emergency situation and blocking traffic and trying to cause drama by jumping on the hood isn't such a smart idea after all   |

If what I read from other sources is true, the person with the red hat flying off the cop car was a female, not a dude. But to get technical, it was one of those, "I have a vagina but I feel like I have a penis" types.  |
