Police Break Down Wrong Mans Door
So i come home in between class, to wash my dog, and all of a sudden i hear loud banging on my door, i ask who it is, and get no answer, so i open my door, and there are two Topeka Police Department officers with AR-15 DRAWN and AIMED at me, tell me to come outside, to which i answered “fuck no” because 1. i have done NOTHING WRONG, and 2. im in my underwear because washing my dog gets messy. so i slam my door. they then BREAK IT DOWN. tell me to get on the ground, put me in hand cuffs and drag me to my living room. then tell me that they got a call about a “hispanic male with an AK-47” (which by the way is NOT illegal to own if you’re not a felon so even if i did have one, which i dont, its not ilegal to own one, and they didnt know i was a felon until i told them.)let me state one more time that i did NOTHING WRONG. and i was IN MY OWN HOME! WASHING MY DOG! and they BROKE MY DOOR DOWN AND ALMOST KILLED ME WITH NO EVIDENCE THAT IVE DONE ANYTHING WRONG! THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE EVIDENCE THAT THE PERSON THEY WERE ACTUALLY CALLED ABOUT HAD DONE ANYTHING OTHER THAN CARRY AN AK-47 INSIDE HIS OWN! THANK GAIA IM NOT FUCKING DEAD RIGHT NOW! THIS WASIN MY OWN HOME. I DIDNT DO ANYTHING WRONG. SHARE THIS SHIT. I NEED A FUCKING LAWYER

Re: Police Break Down Wrong Mans Door
this is all i needed to read: "i open my door, and there are two Topeka Police Department officers with AR-15 DRAWN and AIMED at me, tell me to come outside, to which i answered “fuck no” " ...mistakes sometimes and rarely happen. mistakes are quickly ironed out, and damage is compensated. but, this whiner felon has the typical tough guy/thug/rebel mentality- the exact mentality that gets his kind killed. you'd think he would have learned a lesson the first time, wouldn't you? fuck this childish crybaby. too bad the cops didn't blast first, ask last. |

Re: Police Break Down Wrong Mans Door
Hold up, you mean to tell me you wouldn’t be upset if the cops busted down your door with guns drawn all because you happen to be the same race as the person the cops happened to be looking for? That’s all they had to go on. But since “mistakes sometimes and rarely happen”, as you put it, you’re telling me he doesn’t have a reason to be upset? And because of the fact he is Hispanic and showing an emotional reaction - that makes him a “whiney, tough guy/thug, with a rebel mentality”, and the police should have shot first and asked questions later??? Wow, racist much? Don’t tell me you wouldn’t be pissed off. They knew they had fucked up because they never asked him for an I.D, nor searched his apartment for the gun he “supposedly” had. They simply left without even offering an apology for making the mistake. The extenuating circumstances they must have to bust down a door to a private residence and search the place without a warrant is called probable cause. Probable Cause n. sufficient reason based upon known facts to believe a crime has been committed or that certain property is connected with a crime. Probable cause must exist for a law enforcement officer to make an arrest without a warrant, search without a warrant, or seize property in the belief the items were evidence of a crime. They had none of that. They simply left. That’s bullshit and you know it. |
