One of those victims is now clinging to life and police are using that surveillance video to track down the shooter.
It was just after 10:30 a.m. Thursday morning, when the victim and a friend were standing in front of the Cambria Mini Market when the alleged gunman rode up the block on his bicycle.
According to police, seconds later, he allegedly pulled out a gun and opened fire, striking the victim multiple times.
"Right now, I'm afraid. I'm afraid to come to the store and everything," said store customer Belkis Rodriguez.
As people dove for cover, the gunman fell from his bike, got up to spot his victim, then got back on the bike and fled down Amber Street to Monmouth Street and disappeared.
Police raced the 17-year-old victim to Temple Hospital where he's listed in critical condition. Store customers like Belkis Rodriguez were stunned.
"You come in here with your daughter, and with your grandson, yeah scared me when that happened, scared me," she explained.
The entire shooting was captured on surveillance cameras mounted on poles outside the market.
The store owner was too shaken to talk, but neighbors with small children are worried about their own safety.
