I believe the motto for many of these officers is "Go ahead, make my day!" Still, the guy had a choice. Refusing the requests and commands of law enforcement usually has consequences. There was a Canadian who was pepper sprayed crossing into the U.S. because he insisted the officer say "please" before he would comply with the officer's command to turn off his engine. |
