Re: Open Carry Gun of Two Men Vs Police
I don't feel that the police over reacted at all. There were two individuals walking in front of a school carrying weapons. The cop informed them what would happen if they chose to not listen to their instructions. I remember Columbine and Sandy Hook. What would have happened if they had been stopped before shooting the kids during school? I think that four officers responding is appropriate. I would expect to be stopped if I was walking down the street with a gun. What person in their right mind wouldn't? In 1942 there was a lot more common sense than there is now. After all, common sense seems to be not so common. |

Re: Open Carry Gun of Two Men Vs Police
They weren't walking in front of a school. the school was on the same street, but yes, it's kind of suspicious especially nowadays with all these school shootings. The thing that gets to me is that these cops really say "yes, it's you're right, but does it back it right?" Sigh.. |
