I have got to comment on this. I was raised in Miami-Dade County , Florida. A black dude that had sprayed a Metro-Dade Cruiser got away, he turned himself in, knowing, if picked up on the street , he was a dead man. This was the 1980's,,, I happened to be on the 5th floor of the DADE COUNTY JAIL on a strong armed robbery charge. This black dude was put in the cell i was in,,, imediately, somebody stabbed him right in the chest, puncturing his heart. He blead out. If the guy in this post was in Miami,,, he wouldn't have made it to his first court appearance. which would be good.
