Re: Officer Jason Anderson Charged with Manslaughter After Speeding Killing Two Teenagers
No doubt the officer was at fault for the speed and failure to reduce speed at a flashing yellow light. However, for you to say that they were following the law seems a little funny. They were both 19 and drinking. I'm not sure of the laws in Orange but most places I know don't allow drinking until 21 and the flashing red places a greater responsibility of caution on them. They weren't following the law either. The officer should pay with his job and his freedom but the two teens could have helped themselves if they would have not been drinking. They didn't deserve to die but they shouldn't have been on the road either. |

Re: Officer Jason Anderson Charged with Manslaughter After Speeding Killing Two Teenagers
You know, you can go ahead and bash the cop but the bitch pulled out right in front of him. If you can't figure out whether a car at any speed is gonna hit you when you're in mid-turn you shouldn't have a license.

drink and driving, running red light, failure to yield. it seems to me it was completly teen's fault. only bad thing cop done was speeding.
