It would be pretty hard to see that car coming even sober.Who would expect a car coming through that same town at 100 mph?The person probley looked & didn't see anything then bang.You cover alot of ground at 100mph.

Hovla- you're an idiot! "drink and driving, running red light, failure to yield. it seems to me it was completly teen's fault. only bad thing cop done was speeding". How about reckless driving, failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle, failure to yield on the yellow light??? Speeding which you glossed over- 94mph!!! If he was a civilian going that speed he would have been arrested. Shouldn't the cop be held to a little higher standard as he is the professional (???!!??? yeah, right..) He was probably on his way to Dunkin-Doughnuts!!! Cops are always the same- blame it on the victims!!! It's never their fault. |

I see koppers break the law on daily basis, whether it's little shit like blowing through stop signs or illegal U-turns or otherwise, perhaps maybe they should follow the law themselves.

If they weren't drunk they would have easily been able to estimate the cop's speed. Normally I hate how police try to pin some crime on someone because they were drinking, but in this case it's hard to tell. The cop should have had his lights on if he was speeding that fast though...
