Officer Involved Shooting
Watch the whole video to get the full story. Note: The video says Southern California but it actually occured in Shreveport,LA... I think when the video was put together they mistook LA for Los Angeles instead of Louisiana. I didn't think it looked like a Los Angeles area agency because all their cars down there are black & white...

Re: Officer Involved Shooting
Some cops are ok, but many here in the states were football players in high school who could never be "man" enough for their controlling fathers, or the little nerds in school that everyone picked on who want to get even with society. Some are even worse. I don't see how (was it 10) shots was necessary to stop that fugitive. I didn't see a gun.. was there one being held by the suspect?

Re: Officer Involved Shooting
On the 2nd part of the tape when he crossed in front of the car it looked like he was pointing a gun ( he pointed some thing that he had in his hand at the cops).

Re: Officer Involved Shooting
Fucker had a silver cell phone. This was in Shreveport, Louisiana, not Cali. Investigation by the police dept found the officer's shooting to be in line with department policy. The suspect exited his car and pointed a silver object at the pursuing officer which both he and the backup officer believed to be a firearm. He was repeatedly warned to stop and submit and did not. Officers, fearing he would shoot, shot him to stop him. As you can see, he stopped. Further investigation revealed the gun to be a silver cell phone. Another case where listening to the police would have had a MUCH better outcome. |
