Re: Officer Fired For Excessive Use Of Force Against Teenage Girl with Special Needs
Not sure about this one. From looking at her there was no way to tell she was special needs. He asked her to get up, she didn't comply and he got her up and under control. If I was the parent I would tell her that the next time an officer asks you to get up you listen. |

who is thinking himself ? she should go to his house, knock on his door and when he open the damn door, she should hit him with a stick baseball on his teeth ....... and make sure that his both hands and fingers are well broken before she leave.......... don't worry the police will not eat you........ they will give you warning only to behave :)

Re: Officer Fired For Excessive Use Of Force Against Teenage Girl with Special Needs
This does upset me since my daughter is a special needs child...You can look at her and not be able to tell unless she tries to have a conversation with you...shes moderatelly mentally handicapped. Because of there handicap as well as my daughter sometimes they get mad and angry over the littlest of things. My daughter is 11 but mentally shes age 5 or 6. My daughter is very friendly, very respectful, and just loves everybody. Sometimes she does get mad over something she cant have, say like candy when she wakes up, I talk to her and explain to her and she calms down. If the bus driver would have took the time to do that or even get her to her home and have her parents come out this would all have been avoided and this wouldnt have happened to this poor little girl..I blame both the bus driver and the officer. The bus driver knows how special needs children can be...if she cant handle it then she needs another job! I hope to god that bastard gets whats coming to him!

I'm with you 100%, buddy. For the life of me, I can't understand why he would have to use that kind of force on a female, who's not even fighting him back. This is exactly the kind of person who'd shoot first and ask questions later. I'm glad the sheriff's office fired that creep. They might've saved someone's life.
