Motorist Thwarts an Attempted Robbery by Hitting a Robber

A motorist thwarts an attempted robbery, after three individuals tried to intercept him while he was driving a truck on the streets of this municipality.

In the footage, captured by a security camera, one of the alleged criminals can be seen standing in the middle of the street and pointing what appears to be a firearm at the driver, trying to force him to stop.

However, the driver reacts immediately and, instead of braking, accelerates the truck, running over the subject and throwing him approximately three meters to the sidewalk, where he hits a tree.

After the accident, the alleged assailant's accomplices ran toward him to try to help him, while the truck driver fled to safety.

The exact location and date of the incident have not yet been determined, as the video contains no visible time stamps and the source of the recording has not been officially disclosed.
