Brazil, With a gun pointed at him, a store owner, 44, reacts and enters into a discussion and fight with an armed robber on Sat Nov 4. The crime happened 200 meters from a police station.

He was beaten and shot in the head by one of the suspects. The city police station confirmed the crime and said that the Military Police are in search of the suspects, who arrived at the establishment on a motorcycle, around 1:35 pm (local time).

The Civil Police reported that the victim was taken to the Trauma Hospital and at 5:40 pm, he was informed that he was under surgery.

The suspect in a black shirt arrived armed at the shop, announced the robbery, drew his gun and began to point at the merchant. The victim pushes the assailant and initiates a verbal argument.

It is when the second suspect, striped shirt and helmet, enters the establishment and begins to attack the merchant.

After several exchanges of blows and punches the suspect in the black shirt shoots the victim in his head and the two run out of the market without taking anything.

The victim's sister, who declined to identify, said that it is not the first time that the brother reacts to a robbery.

The Civil Police confirmed that the merchant had already suffered other assaults and reported that in the city there have been many crimes.
