Again...a walking stereotype. He'll go to the nut farm then to the jail and ten years sounds about right if there are prior violent crimes in his past. I'm guessing he'll get between three to five years in state prison. Given his excuse, I'm just grateful he didn't watch the Three Stooges before going to the store. Geez!
