I don't see how anything the cops did was out of line. He kept saying he was trying to put his hands behind his back, but somehow they kept ending up over his head... The physical method of the police needs to keep elevating until the suspect is under control. When there are 3 police officers on top of you, you aren't getting away, you're only adding to the charges against you, so why not comply?  |
