I was reading up on this and the police in this video got sued for 100k for using excessive force and the guy won.

I still hope it hurt. Fucktard started the problem when he resisted arrest. This isn't the Philippines (yet) and the cops won't just cuff you up and kill you ex-judicially. Get to the jail, call your lawyer, and have them fuck up the cops. No sense in getting the shit kicked out of you in the process.  |
