this is a drug rehabilitation clinic... Families paid a lot of money and sent their loved ones to the clinic hoping that they would be rehabilitated, and this is the medication That's how we're dealing with the junkies :D but it seems to work

Actually, just to make it clear, this is not legal in my country, it was a huge scandal when this video got released but i think all rehabilitation clinics should be like this.
