Russian authorities staged a Victory Day concert on the Russian bank of the river opposite Narva, Estonia, on May 9, 2023. The event was directed across the border, and a few hundred people gathered on the Estonian side to watch. Several people unfurled Ukrainian flags.

A young man holding a Ukrainian flag stood at the top of a stone staircase on the Narva riverbank bastions. A middle-aged man approached him and tried to pull the flag away. When he failed, he pushed the young man down the steps. The young man said he was unhurt. Estonian police detained the man who pushed him at the scene. He was later convicted and given a suspended sentence. Estonia's internal security service said the day passed without any major incidents.

From the photo, it looks like the resident was arrested, so my guess is the woke weirdo returned to protest some more.
