Man Arrested For Taking Upskirt Photos at Walmart

SANFORD, Fla. -
Sanford police arrested a man who they say took obscene pictures under a woman's dress at Walmart.

Michael Allan Rainyn was arrested on charges of video voyeurism after police say they received a Crimeline tip.

The incident was reported Monday at the Walmart on Rinehart Road in Sanford. According to Sanford police, Rainyn approached a woman in the store and positioned his smartphone under her dress, capturing digital images.

Police said the woman became aware of the incident and turned around to face Rainyn, who walked away and got into a gold Ford pickup truck.

Sanford police contacted Rainyn after receiving the tip.

Investigators say he turned himself in on Thursday.

They say he confessed to taking the pictures, apologized for it and said he was very embarrassed about it.

Rainlyn was arrested and taken to the Seminole County jail. He was later released after posting a $3,000 bond.

I can imagine his face in court in front of dozens of people in the morning and the first name they call is his. I can imagine what was his excuse. For education reasons? Lol. And register as a sex offender priceless.. I bet what his girl said ahd the excuse he gave his children.
