If she is a recurrent offender, I would definitely send her to jail for at least 6 months. If its her first DUI, I would still send her to at least pay a fine or community service... From an ex "functional" alcoholic, I can tell you alcohol transforms you into someone you dont know. That lady is probably the nicest person when sober... Find help! alcohol is NO BUENO. |
