I'm Dutch. The language spoken in this vid is Dutch, but it sounds like the man is from Belgium (a large part of Belgium speaks Dutch).

Well, why don´t you get your records straight.....
It happened here in Sweden a few years ago and he was not throwning rocks on the swedish police, and he was not hit by a rubber bullet, but a real bullet and he did not die.
