Never mind...I did the research myself. The overgrown manchild motorcyclist is "going" to sue the Kentucky State Police for violating his first amendment rights. He hasn't filed yet, nor has he found n attorney that will take the case.

The idiot on the motorcycle was doing all sorts of dangerous stunts and going up and down that piece of highway endangering himself and the puplic (so that's why he had the GoPro Camera). Apparently his motorcycle was also a bit loud and fairly annoying to those living in the area. The trooper lived down the road and saw the retard trying to kill himself and anyone else he encountered. Now in Kentucky, the State Troopers are routinely allowed to drive their marked patrol cars home because they are on 24 hour call out. So the trooper got into his marked car and waited for Billy Bitchin to return and made him stop. The trooper got frustrated because the chubby motorcyclist wouldn't remove his helmet and assisted Evil Kanevil. He never damaged the camera. Apparently the Kentucky State Police have already investigated the incident and cleared the trooper of any wrongdoing. Apparently there's video of the motorcyclist doing stunts up and down the highway somewhere.
