KENTUCKY: Psycho Charges Cops with a Knife - Dies

Redneck doper attacks cops with a KABAR and his pooch and goes down hard, but pops back up for more... the dog is fine, the owner not so much.

Nicholas Pierce was a 43-year-old father of two and a U.S. Air Force veteran.

LOUISVILLE, (May 24, 2024) — On Friday, May 10th, 2024, shortly before 11:00 p.m., Louisville Metro PD 3rd Division Officers were dispatched to a home in the 4700 block of Crawford Avenue on a report of a theft.

The caller, Nicholas Pierce made repeated calls to 9-1-1 and stated to emergency call takers that he was being attacked by a stingray that stole his drugs and he armed himself with a knife.

When officers arrived at the home, they encountered Pierce coming out of the house armed with a large military style knife. Officers gave numerous commands to drop the knife, but Pierce refused. Instead, he advanced on the officers, and he charged at them with the large knife in his hand while also appearing to give commands to his dog to attack the officers, as well.

As Pierce continued towards the officers, they deployed tasers which had limited effect. Three LMPD officers discharged their firearms and Pierce proceeded to charge at them again with the large knife remaining in his hand. Pierce continued holding them at bay with the knife preventing officers from rendering immediate aid. Ultimately, they were able to disarm him and perform medical aid. Medics transported Pierce to University of Louisville Hospital where he died from his injuries just over a day later.

I saw a video recently of a fat loser charging cops with a chainsaw. Miraculously they didn't unload on him.

Re: KENTUCKY: Psycho Charges Cops with a Knife - Dies

The ex-wife of the man killed by Louisville Police earlier this month was brought to tears remembering the moments leading up to his death.

Heather Pierce said her ex-husband, Nicholas Pierce, was a veteran with the U.S. Air Force. She also said he suffered from mental health issues.

“I mean, he wasn’t a perfect man,” she said while crying. “He made a lot of mistakes. He was a veteran.”

Heather sat down with WAVE to recount the final moments she spent with Pierce before his death and his deteriorating mental health state.

“I noticed we went to court on Monday and when we were done, he said ‘I love you,’” she recalled. “I didn’t think anything of it. He asked if I could give him a ride home and I said yeah and we talked and I went to the house to pick up my son’s backpack and we talked and I mean, he didn’t look right. He didn’t look like the Nick I knew, but I never thought it would be anything like this.”

She also alleged that Pierce suffered abuse while he was in LMDC and mentioned that she and their kids miss him so much.

Don't feel bad. I was born into Airforce life. Their horror stories are like "...well one day it wasn't a drill... when I woke up we were flying over a desert,.." unless you're a Pararescue Jumper (or PJ), it's hard to imagine his PTSD coming from the enemy... maybe extreme shitty treatment by superiors or fellow airmen but now I'm reaching, and that would be a mollycoddle anyways.
