In a shocking incident, a man was allegedly burnt alive by his cousin in Firozabad district of Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday over some personal enmity.

The man has been identified Rakesh Verma, a local jeweller. He was doused in thinner and set on fire by his cousin Robin over alleged personal enmity.

Rakesh, who has sustained 90 per cent burn injuries, was first admitted to the district hospital and later referred to Agra. Police say they have registered a case and launched a manhunt for the accused.
