Intoxicated Car Passenger Gets Tasered Multiple Times
He was drunk and on the back seat. He was tased by a dozen dart deployments, and drive stunned a dozen or so times simultaneously,with 3 taser guns. He was never charged for open intoxication as a passenger, because there was none. He made a plea deal in fear of getting 2 years, and was charged and sentenced to 90 days in jail, and 18 months probation for resisting, opposing, and obstructing and for not responding to a command while intoxicated. |

His wife was driving and swerving a little so they got pulled over. She wasn't dui but just a bad driver so the cops focussed their attention on the drunk guy sitting in the back. |

You know they just wanted to break out the window...what a punk ass...who is going to pay for the repair of that window? I doubt he will. See this is why I am completely fine with obeying the law and not getting into shit like this...Im way too vain to be seen on Police Dash Cam being slammed about, searched, tazed...looking all kinds of crazy...no thank you. |
