What the fuck are they teaching these COs nowadays? One of them had the perfect opportunity to apply a textbook hammerlock, and all he did was hug the inmate like he was trying to buttfuck him.  |

I have to agree with Metal Mike. There was a perfect opportunity to put him in a lock or sleeper hold, and it was wasted. Useless guards are useless.
