He's a little bitch, but he has a right to ask if he's being detained, if so what for, and for the officer's identity/badge #. If you are being detained, they need to be able to explain the probable cause under which you are being detained. "Indignity to an officer" probably means he flipped her off. Most cops I know will get you for the classic "failure to maintain lane" or "failure to use indicator" probable cause if they need to pull you over. After that, you're on a public road, bitch. Give them your license. |
