Indian Doctor Stabbed Multiple Times in the Neck
In Nashik, Maharashtra state, Dr K.R. was brutally attacked with a sickle-like weapon. The attacker has been identified as the husband of the hospital's PR director. K. is currently in critical condition. The motive has variously been reported as a land dispute, a financial dispute, and over K. having an "immoral relationship" with a female employee (probably the PR director). |

Re: Indian Doctor Stabbed Multiple Times in the Neck
The assailant, identified as R. M., was apprehended by the police the following afternoon, with the attack believed to stem from a complex web of personal grievances involving M's wife, a former employee at Dr. Ri's clinic, and a financial dispute over a property deal. A senior officer said M's wife had left the work in R's clinic a few years ago. She and her husband had taken some money from Dr R. over a property deal. The officer said R. was after M. to return the money. Around 9.30pm on Friday. M. came to Dr R's clinic at Dindori Naka. On seeing the doctor entering his cabin, M. followed him. As the doctor was speaking on his cellphone, M. took out the machete and slashed R. at least 16-17 times. M. escaped from the cabin through another door as a staffer in the clinic entered. I'm surprised he's still alive |

No kidding. Took a few hits to both sides. You’d think with that his carotid artery(s) would be cut. Hell, I thought his head would be coming off.. |
