'I'll Smoke You' Police Shooting Ruled Unjustified
Bodycam video released on Monday shows Corporal Jeremy Dunn shooting Ivonne Casimiro on June 28, a shooting that prosecutors now say was unjustified. 'It cannot be objectively stated that the officers or anyone else were in danger of death or serious bodily injury,' said Iron County Attorney Scott Garrett in a letter to Enoch Police. The June shooting unfolded when Berg responded to a report of people breaking into cars and found Casimiro and a male suspect.
