Las Vegas, NV - An automated teller machine appeared to be the target of thieves who broke into an east Las Vegas pharmacy.
Las Vegas Metro police confirmed the CVS Pharmacy at Vegas Valley Drive and Hollywood Boulevard had been broken into just after 5:15 a.m. Thursday.
Police said it appeared multiple suspects smashed the glass at the pharmacy and lifted the ATM machine out with a vehicle.
However, when the bumper came off of the vehicle involved, suspects left the ATM at the business and fled the scene, according to police.
Police said the store was closed during an investigation.
Police did not immediately disclose descriptions on the vehicle or the suspects.
