Either she's the WORST SHOT EVER and missed him, or he ate those 2 slugs and walked away. I'm sure he did eventually drop if he did get hit but I wish the body-cam video ran longer so we could see it  |

How did she ever pass the physical test?!   I see a fair amount of overweight officers and wonder if they ever had to pass the physical stress course, (you know the run, jump, hang, climb and run some more kinda thing) or if they even have that requirement anymore.  |

2023. On Jan. 11 at around 11 p.m., 50-year-old Christopher Lee Mercurio died of gunshot wounds to the chest after a confrontation with deputies in front of the Westfield Valencia Town Center, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner. “Santa Clarita Station deputies responded to a business in a shopping center regarding a trespassing call,” said officials with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. “Upon arrival, a deputy was assaulted by the suspect and a deputy-involved shooting occurred.” Mercurio was transported to a local hospital and pronounced deceased.
