Doesnt look like the dude has a weapon of some kind. I mean they are 4 cops, why dont they just crap him and put him down? If he has poor health and taser hit could mean death. Of course its also weird the guys doesnt put his frekin hands up like hes told to???? Its a strange world we live in. |
