Guy Tased by the Police
A broken iPod found in a public bathroom led the police to this man's front door. The police did not bring a warrant to the home. They were stalking the family, trying to get into locked doors and peering into windows. Testa asked repeatedly to see a warrant, but the police could not produce one.

Re: Guy Tased by the Police
Lol...harboring a fugitive is a felony even if the crime is a misdemeanor. The "warrant" for entering a residence to arrest a fugitive does NOT need to be presented. If they were going to search for evidence however, a search warrant DOES need to be presented. The mom and the brother even confirmed he was there to police. The son was an idiot...obviously the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. All over an iPOD...might as well been some tennis shoes...Fail |

Re: Guy Tased by the Police
AN ARREST WARRANT IS DIFFERENT THAN A SEARCH WARRANT. YOU DO NOT NEED TO SHOW AN ARREST WARRANT TO MAKE AN ARREST.. THEY DIDNT WANT TO SEARCH THE HOUSE THEY WANTED TO ARREST THE KID
