A video published on social networks shows the employee of a pharmacy, identified as Erika Silva Mota, 30, being shot in the abdomen by an unidentified customer, last Saturday afternoon (7), in a drugstore on the east side of Manaus. The case happened around 5:45 pm and was filmed by the pharmacy's internal surveillance camera. In the images from the camera, it is possible to see the employee and the other employee talking, until the arrival of the shot. Wearing a black T-shirt and cap, the man asks if there is a top-up for cell phones at the establishment, going to the cashier, but the employee says no, due to a defect in the credit machine. After that the man goes to the door, however, changes his mind and says that now he wants a new chip and goes back to the cashier. At this point, he pulls out the firearm, points it at the employee and fires a shot. Then he runs away without being identified. The woman starts screaming for help and is supported by the other employee, who asks for help from the people outside the pharmacy.   |
