WTF!?!  At about the .40 second mark the heavier policeman’s partner decides he doesn’t want to be involved with this situation and seems to walk away disgusted..  |

The second cop went back to the prowler to get a gun. End of vid catches 2nd cop chasing criminal down alley after the man broke free from the first cop.
